- Compile management information reports using relevant business tools to provide accurate and timely data.
- Prioritise and co-ordinate own workload and support coordination of others to meet business and customer deadlines.
- Identify customer requirements and direct enquiries to the appropriate department, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Communicate effectively on complex issues to internal and external stakeholders to meet business and customer expectations and avoid escalations.
- Assess cost implications of proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Ensure departmental activities meet or exceed Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
- Maintain and continuously improve customer satisfaction levels through excellent service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with companies Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual security events or risks.
- Contribute to the department’s cost control objectives by managing resources effectively.
- Support the planning and organisation of day-to-day activities to ensure consistent service quality.
- Experience working with relevant business systems (e.g., SAP).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage workload effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a coordination or operations support role within an IT or service-based environment.
- Understanding of IT service management or project coordination principles.
