A fast growing client of ours in Hatfield, are looking to recruit a super organised candidate, to join their friendly HQ - to deal with all things administration in their HR team.

This role is perfect for someone who is interested in HR, with or without practical experience - but a willingness to learn! You must be naturally organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

If you have some previous HR experience / have completed your CIPD / an HR related degree - even better, but it's not a necessity.

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage the HR database including holidays
  • Recruitment administration
  • Updating HR policies
  • Sending out contracts
  • Manage employee benefits
  • Maintain employee engagement surveys
  • Take notes in performance meetings
  • Support with on-going HR projects
  • Running reports
  • Booking travel
  • Arranging courses / workshops for the team
