We’re recruiting for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join a friendly HR team in Welwyn Garden City. This role supports the HR Manager by handling a wide range of HR admin tasks, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations while the manager focuses on advising and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

HR admin across the employee lifecycle – onboarding, contracts, leavers, etc.

Updating and maintaining HR systems and employee records

Coordinating training, performance reviews, and HR reports

Supporting wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives

Assisting with internal communications and HR documentation
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in an admin role (HR experience a bonus)

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to prioritise

Passion for employee wellbeing and engagement

Confident using MS Office and HR systems
