We are recruiting for a Scheduler for a leading IT service provider based in Hatfield.Ideally you will have current SC Clearance, if not you must be eligible to obtain it.We are looking for someone who is:- Able to multitask and prioritise workload- Excellent communication skills- Excellent customer service skills- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office – particularly Outlook and basic Excel skills- Attention to detail and accuracy Good Interpersonal skills – able to build rapport with immediate teams but likewise able to pick up the phone to Engineers/Resource Managers- Someone who is proactive and also able to deal with the demands of a busy role at times- Element of problem solving skills- Able to learn new systems – We use internal systems iRequest and SAPThis is an umbrella contract, the role is Inside IR35.
