MEP Technical Services Manager
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Project: c.£30m Warehousing and Logistics Park
Salter Grange is recruiting for an experienced and dynamic MEP Technical Services Manager for an exciting warehousing and logistics park project in Hatfield. This is a fantastic opportunity within a main contractor to lead and manage the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of a high-value project, ensuring the successful delivery of all technical services.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems for the project
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP services
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Resolve any technical issues that arise during the construction phase
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in MEP management, preferably in warehousing or logistics park construction projects
