Our client is a well-funded SME developer operating in the Home Counties and East Anglia, with a strong pipeline of projects starting soon.
They are looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator with an Engineering or Architectural background.
The role involves overseeing several projects from inception to handover, providing exposure to all aspects of the development process.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in housebuilding.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Our client are a well funded SME developer operating throughout the Home Counties and East Anglia, with a strong pipeline of projects due to commence in the next 6 months. With this in mind, we are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator with either an Engineering or Architectural background to join the business and oversee a handful of projects from inception through to handover. You will be exposed to all aspects of the development process and have regular contact with other departments within the business.
