Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Global organisation based in the St Albans area who are looking for a candidate to join one of their teams. This position would be suited to someone who has worked within an admin focused role, processing orders and working within a fast paced team. The suitable candidate will be a good team player who is also able to work independently. Good communication skills on all levels are a must have!
Please note - This is a fully office based role working Monday - Friday
Salary - 35,000 plus bonus, and other great benefits including 25 days holiday which rise with length of service.
Some of the duties will include:
- Maintaining knowledge of company products and services
- Managing and processing customer orders
- Working with SAP
- Placing purchase orders for the company and 3rd party suppliers
- Keeping the customer informed of delivery dates or any changes to final invoicing
- Working with internal teams with ordering and maintaining stock
- Logging engineers time sheets where required
- Arranging travel for systems team members
- Providing administrative support to colleagues in the systems team
The suitable candidate:
- Previous administration experience with at least 3 years experience
- Experience of working within a fast paced team
- Experience in order processing
- Enthusiastic and personable candidate
- Good communication skills on all levels
- Previous experience with SAP would be beneficial
- Ability to prioritise day to day tasks
