Financial Controller

CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively to recruit a Financial Controller for a SME manufacture business in Havant, Hampshire.  The company is enjoying sustained year on year growth and has ambitious plans.  This will therefore be a key hire, working closely with the Finance Director and taking responsibility for leading the finance team.

What will the Financial Controller role involve?

• Responsibility for managing the finance team and working to improve reporting efficiency. 
• Production of monthly reporting pack, ensuring the business has all the information it needs to make swift decisions to support ongoing growth.  
• Parter with heads of department to ensure finance information is fully understood.
• Ensure robust controls are in place and work as primary contact for auditors. 
• Support the Finance Director in a range of projects, helping to ensure the business maintains its market leading position.

Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified. 
• Strong leadership skills and well-rounded finance knowledge covering both management reporting and audits/stat accounts.
• Experience of manufacture or similar industry.
• Happy commuting to Havant 3-4 days per week.
