As Group Reporting Manager, you will…• Consolidate financial reporting across multiple entities and ensure accuracy and compliance• Partner with senior leadership to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and business plans• Lead the preparation of group management accounts and board reporting• Oversee group-wide financial controls and drive process improvements• Support M&A activity, integration of new businesses, and system enhancements

As Group Reporting Manager, you will need…• A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)• Experience working in a multi-entity or group finance environment• Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and consolidations• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills• A proactive mindset with a track record of delivering improvements and supporting growth
