A small, but busy country house hotel with its own bustling restaurant, are looking for a Chef de Partie/Jnr Sous chef with a fresh food background to join their kitchen team.
All dishes are cooked to order from fresh in this busy local restaurant. The hotel can cater up to 50 covers a day in the restaurant all dishes are produced in house and cooked to order.
The restaurant also offers a lunch & afternoon tea menu.
The ideal candidate will ideally have fresh food experience. My clients are ideally seeking a chef with drive and ambition.
