A small, but busy country house hotel with its own bustling restaurant, are looking for a Chef de Partie/Jnr Sous chef with a fresh food background to join their kitchen team for the summer.
All dishes are cooked to order from fresh in this busy local restaurant. The hotel can cater up to 50 covers a day in the restaurant all dishes are produced in house and cooked to order.
The restaurant also offers a lunch & afternoon tea menu.
The ideal candidate will ideally have fresh food experience.
