I am pleased to present an opportunity for Handyman or Caretaker in the Hayes Area. This position, initially offered on a temporary basis, but with the opportunity to go permanent.

The role is 40 hours per week, with the option of working with a flexible work pattern. The hourly rate will be roughly 18 through an Umbrella/CIS Company

Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
* Conduct regular inspections of site facilities to identify and address safety or maintenance issues.
* Assist with setting up furniture and equipment for site events or activities.
* Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the site grounds, including litter removal and minor landscaping.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or administration.
* Maintain records of repairs and routine maintenance activities.
* Oversee and support external contractors when specialized work is needed.
* Unlock and secure site buildings at designated times.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and report hazards.
