My client an award winning company in the Marine sector is looking for a Quality Controller to join their team, reporting directly to the Director of Operations and Warehousing. This is a new role that will be crucial to undertaking quality checks of all incoming goods as they embark on a new manufacturing approach to produce and install a new product for our their clients worldwide.

Essential skills include:

Expertise in quality control processes and methodologies. an In-depth knowledge of relevant quality control standards and regulatory requirements.. A Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques. and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Exceptional attention to detail to ensure thorough oversight of materials and components. . Practical ability to contribute to the assembly of products.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with strong file and record management skills. .Knowledge of measurement and test equipment and their applications. Ability to work effectively within a team environment..Strong interpretive skills for understanding written, verbal, and diagrammatic instructions and Creative problem-solving skills and independent thinking.

Duties and Responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections and quality testing of all incoming materials and components to ensure compliance with organisational standards.Developing and implement corrective actions to address non-conformity's and ensure products meet specified requirements * Design and/or administer training programs focused on workplace safety and hazard prevention for employees.
