Role Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ PQE handling your own caseload of residential property files including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, right-to-buy and transfers of equity
Skills:
- Self-motivated with a professional approach
- Ability to foster and maintain good relations with other professionals and colleagues
- Strong communication, discussion, and negotiation skills
