We are working to support our client based in Haywards Heath in their search for an Administrator to join them on a temporary basis. This is a fully office-based role starting ASAP for 6 months with the possibility of being extending
Main duties of the role will be.
- Managing group helpdesk email enquiries
- Raising and managing purchase orders and quotes
- Good communication skills
- Deal with enquiries in a professional and courteous manner in person, email or over the telephone
- Monitoring and data inputting and reporting
- Record keeping
- Typing and IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Meeting set up and preparation including minute taking
You will be a strong administrator will be organised with the ability to build solid working relationships with colleagues across the business, prioritise your workload and manage multiple deadlines.
