We're looking for a PART TIME proactive, organised, and detail-focused Property Administrator to support the Property Manager. If you're someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, enjoys working in a busy environment and is super organised - could be the role for you! Please note that due to the nature and location of the role, you need to be a driver.

Job Title: Part Time Property Administrator Location: Outskirts of Haywayrds Heath, onsite parking, office basedSalary: Circa £33k (pro rata circa £19k)Hours: Part time, 20 hrs a week, 5 hrs a day on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

Property Administrator duties:

  • Handling tenant inquiries and complaints
  • Checking rental payments received from tenants
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair work with contractors
  • Monitoring and tracking maintenance requests

The ideal Property Administrator will have/be:
