Sales and Customer Service Supervisor

We’re working with a well-established business based in Heanor, who are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join their growing organisation. We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience managing a customer service or sales team.
• Strong sales and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational abilities.
• The ability to analyse performance and drive continuous improvement.
• An interest in technical or automotive products would be advantageous, but not essential.

• Salary £35,000 – £40,000 per year
• Monday to Friday - 9:00am – 5:30pm
