- Answering telephone enquiries and handling email correspondence
- Managing routine office duties including post handling, scanning, and document filing
- Setting up and updating client profiles on in-house platforms
- Preparing formal paperwork and correspondence related to pre-legal processes
- Assisting with monthly billing procedures and maintaining financial records
- Previous experience in an administrative role (legal industry experience is beneficial)
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Proficient and accurate typing skills
