Sales Representative - Hemel Hempstead

You will ideally be someone who has prior Sales experience and thrives in a Lead Generation role, where you are responsible for targeting new business via a number of different means including Cold Calling. If you are a highly motivated, self-starter who is able to build relationships by having great conversations, then this role could be perfect for you!
In this role you will be responsible for reaching out to potential new clients in order to build a pipeline for the Business Development team to then convert your leads into buying customers. This role would be suitable for candidates who are keen to make the role their own and look to grow and progress into a Business Development role over time, as our client is keen for their staff to develop with their organisation.

This is a Monday to Friday role, working 9am to 5pm on a permanent full-time basis. The role also offers the fantastic opportunity for hybrid working so 2 days in office and 3 days from home! Our client also offers an attractive starting salary of 35k and an un-capped commission scheme.
Duties:
- Reach out to potential customers through phone, email, and channels to begin discussions and build interest.
- Create awareness and generate interest in our clients products and services.
- Work closely with the Business Development team to help build their pipeline while gaining hands-on experience.
- Keep in constant communication with new and existing prospects via creative follow-up processes that drive interest.
- Liaise with senior decision-makers within target clients to understand their needs.
- Aim to constantly hit monthly and quarterly goals for meetings booked and qualified opportunities generated for the team.
What We Are Looking For
- Prior Sales experience is strongly desired.
- Able to demonstrate success in lead generation or sales roles.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled using remote communication tools to connect with prospects and drive interest in products or services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised individual with strong time management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident user of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experienced in CRM opportunity management.
