My client are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and support the launch of their international online presence. This role is based in their vibrant office, where the team thrives on collaboration and dynamic interaction. If you are a high-performing individual with a passion for fashion and brand development, this role is for you.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop individual store marketing strategies, tailoring to specific needs and demographics.
  • Manage the creation of POS, window displays, and decals in collaboration with the in-house Graphic Designer, aligned with the Retail Marketing Calendar.
  • Coordinate with retail teams to execute in-store promotions, events, and visual merchandising.
  • Establish and manage relationships with retail centre management and partners to ensure strong brand exposure.
  • Set up a rolling call programme to maintain engagement with each centre’s marketing team.
  • Identify local press opportunities for each store across various media platforms.
  • Enhance the in-store shopping experience through customer engagement initiatives.
  • Manage the brand's online presence across all digital platforms, ensuring an engaging and cohesive brand experience.
  • Oversee social media management, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with influencers and manage partnerships to promote the brand and products.
  • Manage the production of the company’s product imagery and oversee product photography sessions.
  • Liaise frequently with the Buying & Merchandising team on product sales information and new product launches.
  • Own the copywriting process for all product descriptions, ensuring they reflect the brand’s premium positioning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Marketing degree or relevant qualifications.
  • Strong understanding of brand values and a commercial approach.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate initiative.
  • Strong relationship development and presentation skills.
  • High proficiency in IT and Excel.
  • Experience in retail and digital marketing is highly preferred.
