Functional Lead

Our client, a leading technology firm, is currently seeking a Functional Lead to join their team on a contract basis. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in technology, particularly within the CRM and Dynamics 365 space. You will be contributing to high-impact projects in various industries, leveraging your expertise to drive functional architecture and business solutions.

• Leading functional architecture design and implementation for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Conducting comprehensive business analysis to understand and document client requirements.
• Overseeing solution architecture to ensure it meets business needs and integrates seamlessly.
• Utilising Power Platform, PowerApps, Power BI/Analytics, and Azure to develop robust solutions.
• Managing project delivery and change enablement through Agile methodologies.
• Collaborating across various sectors including services, education, banking, insurance, healthcare, government, oil & gas, non-profit, hi-tech, and finance.

• Significant experience as a Functional Consultant or in a similar capacity.
• Deep technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, Field Service).
• Strong background in functional architecture, business analysis, and solution architecture.
• Proficiency with Power Platform, PowerApps, Power BI/Analytics, and Azure.
• Experience in delivery management, change enablement, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work across multiple sectors including services, education, and finance.
