Your Role:
- Review customer requirements and liaise with buyers to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare formal quotations using an MRP system.
- Source competitive material and service pricing from suppliers.
- Communicate with customers to gather feedback and track order progress.
- Identify and follow up on potential new business opportunities.
- Create basic process plans for production (training provided).
- Estimate machining times and build detailed product costings, including materials, finishes, and hardware.
What You'll Bring:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a professional manner.
- Confidence building relationships with both customers and suppliers.
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Technical experience is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to learn how to read technical drawings and understand production processes.
