Are you a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a confident and capable Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in the building surveying industry.

?? About the Role:

This is a key support role where you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our team of surveyors and our valued clients.

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming enquiries and act as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Proofread and format reports from surveyors, ensuring accuracy and professionalism before sending to clients.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and address any feedback.
  • Schedule surveyors’ diaries, coordinating appointments and site visits.
  • Book accommodation for surveyors using your own initiative and judgment.
  • Handle unexpected tasks and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • General admin duties with a focus on the building and construction industry.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially in proofreading and formatting.
