This position is offered on a minimum 16 month contract initially.

We are looking for a proactive team-player to join the high performing People & Culture Team, to support on employee relations, onboarding and first line HR queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on onboarding/offboarding all employees, ensuring that all records are accurate.
- Draft and issue new contracts, collate new-starter packs and updating the compliance system.
- Track probation periods and contractual changes.
- Maintain all employee records.
- Support the Payroll team and work as a team to ensure that all new joiners, leavers, changes and bonuses are paid accurately.
- Manage the team inbox and advise on queries.
- Become first line support to employees and colleagues on HR support.
- Manage employee relations activities with both temporary and permanent employees.
To Be Successful:
- Strong diplomatic communicator and natural relationship builder.
- Genuine team-player, proactively supporting numerous business units.
- Highly organised and detail oriented.
- Able to prioritise in a demanding workload.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and GDPR regulations.
- Ideally suited to an HR Admin or 1-2 years experience, ready to develop your skill set.
- Experience within construction, civil engineering, plant hire or similar industries highly advantageous.
