About the Role: Internal Account Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing tech distributor in a role that blends customer support, account management, and business development. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer queries, helping to deliver outstanding service while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and re-engage dormant clients.

What You’ll Be Doing: Internal Account Manager

  • Customer Support: Responding to inbound queries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Account Reactivation: Reaching out to dormant accounts to reignite interest and rebuild relationships.
  • Business Development: Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and across the reseller community.
  • Relationship Building: Supporting tier 1 accounts and developing tier 2 accounts with potential for growth.
  • Confident Communication: Presenting solutions clearly and persuasively to a range of stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring: Internal Account Manager

  • Proven  sales experience in the IT channel, ideally within an IT distributor (Vendor or Reseller experience will also be considered)
  • A confident and engaging phone manner
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to spot opportunities
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
