A proactive primary school in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to help pupils overcome social and emotional challenges. This is a rewarding role for someone who wants to see the direct impact of their work on children’s lives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
• Implement and monitor individual behaviour plans
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents
• Track progress and provide feedback
• Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

• Experience in behaviour mentoring or similar roles
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive
• Strong communication and organisational skills
