Are you organised, proactive, and keen to support innovative technical projects? We're looking for a Project Administrator to join our busy team delivering cutting-edge technical products and solutions. This part-time role offers the opportunity to be involved from concept through to completion, supporting teams across the UK and internationally.



What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with project planning, including scheduling tasks, tracking timelines, monitoring budgets, and managing resources.
  • Coordinating project meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and sharing updates with stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring information is up to date.
  • Monitoring purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and budgets to keep projects on track.
  • Identifying risks, resolving issues proactively, and escalating when necessary.
  • Supporting quality checks and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Using project management and technical tools/software to support delivery.


What We're Looking For:

  • Ideally up to 2 years' experience in project administration or management, preferably within a technical or engineering environment.
  • Confident working with technology and digital tools (MS Office, project management software, collaboration platforms).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with teams and external partners.
  • A project management qualification (Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the location.
