Sonic Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Laser Machine Setter/Operator to join their team.
The position is a temp to perm role offering a salary of £15.00 to £16.00 per hour, with a standard workweek of 40 hours from Monday to Friday.
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of proven flatbed laser and nesting experience, along with hands-on programming skills.
Responsibilities include setting and operating the Amada Ensis 3015 Fibre Laser machine and performing nesting activities using Amada VPSS3i software.
An excellent attention to detail is required, and a Forklift License is considered an advantage.

One of our clients are on the lookout for an experienced Laser Machine setter/operator to join their team. You will be responsible for running the laser machine and performing nesting activity via the software.

Temp to perm position

£15.00 to £16.00 per hour

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Hours: 7am-4pm Monday to Thursday/ 7am-12pm Friday

Duties:

Responsible for setting and operating our Amada Ensis 3015 Fibre Laser machine.
Able to use Nesting software maximising material efficiently - currently using Amada VPSS3i software - training will be given
Must be able to read engineer drawing

Experience required:

Proven flatbed laser and nesting experience
Hands on programming (nesting software) setting and operating min 2 years
Excellent attention to detail
Carry out daily maintenance checks
Problem solving
FLT license an advantage
