We are looking for an Administrator / PA to join our team based in the Warwickshire area. We offer a lovely rural setting overlooking the countryside, so you must be able to drive or live locally. We are a small friendly team, who take pride on our lovely working connections with our clients and fellow team-mates.
Your main responsibility is to assist the MD with all administration duties and to assist with office/site management
This is a 12-month maternity cover role with the view to extending to a permanent position
Responsibilities
- Onsite and office management
- Day to day administration tasks
- Liaising with tenants
- Organising travel arrangements
- Arranging meetings
- Assisting with legal matters
- Liaising with site contractors and managers
- Making appointments and organising MD’s own personal matters
- Scheduling in Microsoft Office Outlook/calendar
- Ensuring on site equipment are maintained
Qualifications / Skillset
- Experience working in administration / PA role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- IT Literate
- Highly organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can work effectively and autonomously
