Role Responsibilities- Manage a client portfolio and review year-end accounts for companies, partnerships, and sole traders
- Review corporation tax computations and VAT returns across different VAT schemes
- Prepare and review management accounts to a high standard
- Handle technical queries and software-related support for clients
- Support junior staff through training, supervision, and workflow planning
- Provide excellent client service and collaborate closely with senior management
- Assist partners with ad-hoc project work and advisory support

Candidate Requirements- ACA/ACCA qualified with 1-2 years post-qualification experience
- Minimum of 3 years working in a practice setting
- Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102
- Familiarity with software like CCH, Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, and Alphatax is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work under pressure
- Strong Excel and general IT skills
- A genuine team player with leadership potential
- £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
- Full-time, permanent role
