The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor to join the firm’s growing family law department. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial remedies
- Child arrangements and parental disputes
- Domestic abuse and injunctions
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation disputes
You’ll be expected to provide clear, empathetic legal advice, manage your own caseload, and contribute to the department’s growth through client care and business development.
The Candidate:
We are seeking a qualified solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE) with solid experience in family law. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong technical knowledge and case management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A sensitive and professional approach to client matters
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with legal software and general IT proficiency
