The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join the firm’s expanding dispute resolution team. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, with a particular focus on:
- Personal Injury (RTA, EL, PL)
- Clinical Negligence claims
- General civil litigation
- Contract disputes
- Property litigation
- Contentious probate
You’ll be expected to handle cases from instruction to resolution, provide strategic legal advice, and contribute to the team’s growth through client care and business development.
The Candidate:
We are seeking a qualified solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE) with experience in personal injury, clinical negligence, and general litigation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong technical knowledge and litigation skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Familiarity with legal software and general IT proficiency
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 DOELocation: OxfordWorking Arrangement: Office-based with flexibility available
