We are looking for a Digital Growth & Brand Manager - a smart, creative, and commercially-driven individual who is passionate about brand building, digital marketing, and community engagement.
This role offers the chance to own digital strategy and execution across content, social, paid performance, e-commerce, CRM, partnerships, and brand presence — working closely with senior leadership and external agencies. The Role
You will lead digital marketing, brand storytelling, community engagement and drive growth across multiple digital channels. You’ll also manage agency partners and have a direct impact on performance, brand identity, and customer experience.
This is a high-autonomy position perfect for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and wants to grow into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Content and Social Media
- Plan, create, and publish short and long-form content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Own the social media calendar, drive engagement, and manage brand storytelling.
- Track content performance and continually optimise based on insights.
Paid Media and Performance Marketing (with agency support)
- Lead paid media strategy and work closely with external agencies to drive efficient performance across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
- Guide creative testing, manage campaign budgets, and optimise performance.
D2C & E-commerce Management (with agency support)
- Drive direct-to-consumer growth via WooCommerce and Klaviyo platforms.
- Set KPIs and continually improve conversion rates, AOV, retention and customer journeys.
CRM and Lifecycle Marketing
- Build and optimise email campaigns, automations, and flows to drive engagement and repeat purchases.
- Manage segmentation strategies and oversee CRM reporting and insights.
Brand Partnerships and Collaborations
- Develop and manage partnerships, giveaways, and co-branded campaigns.
- Identify and deliver new brand collaboration opportunities.
Community Building
- Build the brand’s presence across key sectors such as drinks, farming, and sustainability.
- Lead community storytelling initiatives to build authenticity and long-term brand credibility.
Insights and Reporting
- Set up regular reporting cycles across paid media, CRM, social, and D2C performance.
- Share data-driven insights to help guide marketing and commercial strategy.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong content creation skills (e.g. video editing, Canva, Adobe Suite or similar).
- 2-4+ years' experience in marketing, e-commerce, or digital growth (FMCG, food & drink preferred).
- Proven experience growing D2C revenue and managing digital channels.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo CRM and WooCommerce platforms preferred.
- Commercially aware with a strategic mindset and creative intuition.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with agencies.
- A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and in fast-moving environments.

- Salary £35,000
