I am working with an incredibly exciting business that is looking for a highly capable and Intelligent HR Business Partner reporting the Head of HR who wants to make things happen!

As the HR Manager / HR Business Partner you will provide a full generalist HR service to the business

The Role

As HR Business Partner you will implement HR strategy and activity to support business objectives and issues. This position will allow you to work with senior management to achieve results, implement cultural change and the company vision.

HR Business Partner - Responsibilities:

  • Working closely the management teams to implement the HR strategy and vision

  • Support the business to develop and implement the People Plan

  • You will be instrumental in developing management capability to implement the company strategy

  • Manage varied and high numbers of employee relations cases from start to finish

  • Drive initiatives around employee engagement

  • You will be pro-active in identifying issues and trends which affect business performance and results and work together with your managersto formulate and implement solutions.

  • Build positive relationships with your managers and employee base to ensure they are pro-actively engaged with the company vision and strategy

HR Business Partner - Skills and Experience Required:

  • To be considered for this position you must have the ability to build strong relationships and able to influence and engage at all levels from line managers to senior management

  • You’ll have significant experience of managing employee relations cases.

  • This is an operational role within a manufacturing environment, you will have existing experience working in fast paceenvironments.
