If you’re a HR Advisor who loves employee relations, then this is one for you, this is a HR Advisor role managing complex employee relations, a varied role where every day is different.

The role:

  • Your key focus will be to provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practice
  • Advise on issues such as conduct, performance, absence, grievances, disciplinaries.
  • Respond to questions regarding terms and conditions including pay, holiday and other forms of leave, flexible working requests, long term sickness, changes to benefits, exit process, etc
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on all aspects of HR policy and practice
  • Manage a high number of cases and will be very used to working in a fast environment providing accurate, risk-based advice.
  • Work closely with line managers to help them become more confident, advise all things HR including employment legislation.

Your background:

  • You will have worked in a large business supporting large employee numbers,
  • You’ll have a passion for ER and love the nitty gritty!
  • You’ll also love the generalist side oh HR as well as love working in fast pacey environments.
