We are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Residential Conveyancer to join our client at their Herefordshire office. This role offers the chance to manage your own residential property caseload in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. If you are a self-sufficient Residential Property Solicitor or Residential Conveyancer looking for a significant career step.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage a broad residential property caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including freehold and leasehold transactions, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
  • Ensure all legal services provided are of the highest quality and comply with current legislation, risk, and compliance considerations.
  • Utilise and adapt to our paperless, tech-enabled working environment, including the use of legal case management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships, providing responsive, accessible, and trusted legal services.
  • Work independently while contributing positively to the collaborative team culture, sharing knowledge and embracing new ways of working.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing a comprehensive residential property caseload.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of relevant legislation, risk, and compliance considerations in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with legal case management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to embracing change and modern ways of working.
