Seeking a highly motivated Payroll Advisor to join a friendly and professional team for an initial 3-month contract. You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely payroll and HR services — servicing a payroll of over 1,400 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive payroll and HR transactional support.
- Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with HMRC and pension regulations.
- Support system improvements and help streamline service delivery.
- Handle invoicing and assist with BACS payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Experience in payroll and HR administration, preferably in a shared service environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Confident communicator with great customer service skills.
- Comfortable working with large payroll volumes and tight deadlines.
