Property Manager Responsibilities include:
- As a Property Manager you will play a crucial role by ensuring instructions are completed, managing maintenance repairs in properties and securing new business opportunities.
- Always delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
- Building strong relationships with local property owners
Property Manager Criteria:
- To excel in this role, you should be an ambitious, hard-working, and target-driven individual
- Have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- You should also have strong negotiation and communication skills
- A customer-focused approach, and a competitive drive to succeed
