You’ll be a central figure in identifying opportunities for automation, improving ERP use (SAP), and championing digital tools across functions – all while working closely with the Head of IT and key operational stakeholders.This isn’t just systems support – it’s a role where you’ll lead process improvement initiatives, contribute to technology strategy, and shape transformation projects from the ground up.Key responsibilities include:

Supporting business systems and ERP platforms (particularly SAP) to improve usage and performance
Identifying digital transformation opportunities across operations and driving them forward
Leading or contributing to projects involving automation, system upgrades, and AI tooling
Supporting business users, documenting processes, and promoting best practice
Involvement in cross-department initiatives to improve workflow and system efficiency
Light technical oversight of the website and social media platforms

About YouWe’re looking for a high-potential individual with a hands-on, curious approach – someone who enjoys problem solving, working across teams, and making a difference through tech.To succeed as a Digital Transformation Analyst, you’ll likely bring:

Some exposure to business systems (ERP/SAP ideal), M365, and general cloud tools (e.g. Azure)
Confidence engaging with stakeholders and managing varied priorities
An interest in process improvement, project or programme delivery
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
Awareness of development tools or platforms (e.g. SQL, Python, Power Platform) – a bonus, not essential
Any experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain is useful, but not required
