They’re looking for a bright, ambitious Digital Transformation Analyst to join their IT and operations team – someone who thrives on improving processes, streamlining systems, and leading meaningful change through technology.This is a standout opportunity for someone at an early or developing stage in their career – perhaps coming off a graduate programme or from a fast-paced business environment – ready to take ownership and drive impact across departments.The RoleAs a Digital Transformation Analyst, you’ll support the delivery of smarter systems and more efficient workflows across the business. You’ll be a central figure in identifying opportunities for automation, improving ERP use (SAP), and championing digital tools across functions – all while working closely with the Head of IT and key operational stakeholders.This isn’t just systems support – it’s a role where you’ll lead process improvement initiatives, contribute to technology strategy, and shape transformation projects from the ground up.Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting business systems and ERP platforms (particularly SAP) to improve usage and performance
  • Identifying digital transformation opportunities across operations and driving them forward
  • Leading or contributing to projects involving automation, system upgrades, and AI tooling
  • Supporting business users, documenting processes, and promoting best practice
  • Involvement in cross-department initiatives to improve workflow and system efficiency
  • Light technical oversight of the website and social media platforms
About YouWe’re looking for a high-potential individual with a hands-on, curious approach – someone who enjoys problem solving, working across teams, and making a difference through tech.To succeed as a Digital Transformation Analyst, you’ll likely bring:
  • Some exposure to business systems (ERP/SAP ideal), M365, and general cloud tools (e.g. Azure)
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders and managing varied priorities
  • An interest in process improvement, project or programme delivery
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Awareness of development tools or platforms (e.g. SQL, Python, Power Platform) – a bonus, not essential
  • Any experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain is useful, but not required
