We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Overseas Customer Account Manager to join our clients dynamic sales team. This is a pivotal role for a confident and experienced sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships.

As a key member of the Commercial department, you will take full ownership of customer engagement within your designated territories-managing all aspects of the sales cycle from initial contact to long-term account development. You'll be instrumental in helping us achieve our ambitious growth targets while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity.

?? Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular on-site visits, calls, and written communication
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients in your assigned regions
  • Collaborate with group companies to expand business reach and leverage cross-functional opportunities
  • Stay informed on industry trends and customer processes to provide tailored solutions and insights
  • Submit detailed visit reports to inform internal stakeholders and support strategic planning
  • Manage the full sales process-from handling enquiries and preparing quotations to processing orders for both contracts and spare parts
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely communication with customers
  • Contribute to team sales targets and support the development of the company's sales and marketing strategy
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to support business planning
�? What We're Looking ForEssential:
  • Substantial experience in a sales or account management role, ideally with international exposure
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Willingness and ability to travel independently, including overseas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-able to build rapport quickly and professionally
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM or sales order processing systems
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and confident in customer-facing situations
Desirable:
  • Experience in a technical or engineering-related industry
  • Familiarity with sales order processing software
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a Technical discipline
  • Additional language skills
  • Strong analytic skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
