We are recruiting on behalf of a renowned 4-star hotel in Northumberland, seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a 2AA Rosette kitchen known for delivering refined, seasonal cuisine.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Head Chef with a strong fine dining background to join a high-performing team and play a key role in shaping the culinary direction of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for kitchen operations, including team leadership, financial management, and health & safety compliance
- Leading and developing a brigade to consistently deliver high-quality dishes
- Driving standards across all areas of the kitchen while maintaining a positive, professional working environment
About You:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as Head Chef in a fine dining or luxury 4-star setting
- Background in a 2 AA Rosette kitchen (or higher) essential
- Confident, hands-on leader with excellent kitchen management and organisational skills
- Passionate about local, seasonal produce and modern British cuisine with classical roots
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary up to £45,000 per year
- Additional £3,000 in service charge
