Welder Fabricator - Up to 14ph - Permanent Role - Free On-Site Parking

Location: Maldon, Essex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (30-minute lunch break)
Pay Rate: 12.21 - 14.50 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Maldon, who are looking to add an experienced Welder Fabricator to their skilled team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on individual with a background in TIG welding and metal fabrication, looking to secure a permanent position with a friendly and supportive company.

Key Responsibilities:

TIG welding to a high standard (MIG welding experience advantageous)
Operating fabrication machinery including press brakes, guillotines, and punching machines
Reading and working from technical drawings
Using a variety of hand and power tools to carry out fabrication tasks
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

Proven TIG welding experience (MIG welding a bonus)
Experience using fabrication equipment such as press brakes and guillotines
Ability to work from technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

This is a permanent role following a successful 13-week probation period. The company offers free on-site parking and a stable, full-time schedule.
