The Company

A fast paced, successful business are looking for a tenacious, driven customer focussed individual to join a professional busy Account Management team. This is initially offered on a 12 month fixed term contract, starting beginning of July - potentially sooner. Please note this role is hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office in Marlow.

The Role

A busy role managing your own portfolio of B2B Clients, ensuring everything runs smoothly and within set SLA’s, allowing the client to continue to choose the business as their product of choice within the market. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing your own portfolio of clients.
  • Delivering first class service at all times.
  • Pre-empt and deal with any issues that arise.
  • Manage all back office admin for the client.
  • Provide reporting and forecasting to help the client understand how their account is performing, mostly via Excel.
  • Updating details via internal CRM System.

About You

  • Office based Customer Service experience - ideally B2B, but not essential if you are willing to learn!
  • Proactive, Assertive and Tenacious.
  • Driven and passionate.
  • A problem solver.
  • Able to use CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Ideally able to use functions in Excel such as pivot tables.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Strong team player.

  • Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri; 8:30-17:00/ 9:00-17:30/ 9:30-18:00
  • Hybrid working: 2 days in the office in Marlow, 3 days at home.
  • £25-27k DOE
  • Opportunity to earn an additional 10% as an annual bonus
