Panel Beater

kolt recruitment are looking for a Panel Beater to join a well-established accident repair centre based in High Wycombe. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Panel Technician to join a professional team, working on a variety of vehicles while delivering high-quality repairs in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities

• Carrying out panel repairs to manufacturer standards
• Repairing and replacing damaged panels using modern bodyshop techniques
• Jig work, pulling and reshaping panels where required
• Stripping and refitting components as part of the repair process
• Working closely with MET, paint and workshop teams to maintain efficient workflow
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high-quality finish and within set timescales

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair centre or bodyshop
• Strong understanding of modern repair methods and manufacturer standards
• Ability to complete high-quality repairs with strong attention to detail
• Good efficiency and ability to work within time allowances
• Experience using bodyshop equipment including jigs and pulling systems
• Full UK driving licence
