Support Administrator (Immediate start)

About the Role
We're looking for an organised and reliable team player to join one of our clients based in High Wycombe, to help manage the production and delivery of certificates and transcripts for our students. You'll play a key role in making sure these important documents are accurate, sent on time, and handled with car

This position is an ongoing temporary role.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Printing and preparing certificates and transcripts after exam results are confirmed
  • Making sure student records are accurate and up to date
  • Packaging and sending documents to students and keeping clear records
  • Responding to student requests for replacements or help with their documents
  • Working closely with the wider team to plan timelines and meet deadlines
  • Helping to organise events like graduation ceremonies
  • Looking for ways to improve how things are done and support team projects

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who's organised, accurate, and comfortable working with data
  • Good communication skills and a helpful, professional attitude
  • Able to manage their own time and juggle different tasks
  • A team player who's happy to support others and learn new things
  • Basic admin or office experience would be useful, but not essential

Working hours: 37 hours per week.

Pay Rate: 13.00p/h (Weekly Paid)
