A well-established organisation is looking to recruit a proactive and detail-focused Customer Engagement Assistant to join its growing service delivery team. Based on the out skirts of High Wycombe with flexible hybrid working, this role plays a key part in supporting structured development and recognition processes, offering a balance of stakeholder interaction and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries from individuals, delivery partners, and external stakeholders across phone, email, and live chat channels, ensuring a professional and timely response in line with agreed service levels.
- Coordinate a range of structured service activities including scheduling, event setup, issuing results or decisions and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records across digital systems and paper-based archives in line with data protection and retention standards.
- Archive, retrieve, and manage documentation according to internal procedures.
- Support communications with reviewers and contributors to ensure smooth coordination of service timelines and availability.
- Record all correspondence and key activity within the internal systems for full auditability and continuity.
- Assist team leaders with administrative tasks and support the wider team during peak periods.
- Suggest and support the implementation of service and process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work in alignment with organisational policies, quality standards, and performance targets.
Essential Requirements:
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
- Experience in a customer support, service coordination, or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Confident working with Microsoft Office and database or CRM systems
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and within a team
- Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external
Desirable:
- Experience in a structured or regulated environment (e.g. training, assessment, education)
- Familiarity with service scheduling, feedback handling, or certification workflows
