This role involves a combination of warehouse duties and local deliveries to regular customers. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a team environment, follows procedures accurately, and enjoys varied responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and check incoming goods against delivery notes, reporting discrepancies
  • Organize and store products in designated locations within the warehouse
  • Pick, check, and pack goods for dispatch accurately
  • Use courier software to process and dispatch outgoing shipments
  • Operate equipment including delivery van, forklifts, and cable-cutting machines
  • Deliver goods to local clients in a safe and timely manner
  • Assist with stock-taking and update stock records using internal systems
  • Complete stores-related paperwork and follow company procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment

What they're Looking For:

  • A full, clean UK manual driving licence (essential)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (preferred)
  • Strong verbal communication and IT skills
  • A reliable, methodical, and safety-conscious approach to work
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
  • Early finish on one day per week
  • No weekend working

Salary & Benefits:

  • Starting salary: £26,000 per year
  • NEST pension scheme
  • Annual profit share (subject to company performance and successful probation)
  • 6-month probation period
  • Free on-site parking
