Are you ready to become a vital part of a dynamic team? We're looking for a proactive and meticulously organised HR / Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations and help modernise a traditional business.



About the Role

This full-time, on-site position is based in High Wycombe, and you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily administrative tasks and office equipment
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Answering phone calls and booking meetings
  • Managing site supplies and assisting with daily timesheets & payroll data
  • On-boarding new starters and coordinating with various departments
  • Updating the CRM and HR documentation
  • Potentially taking on marketing and content creation responsibilities

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration

  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
