Title: HR Advisor Location: High Wycombe Salary: £42KHybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home  Seeking an experienced HR Advisor to working for a well known and well established organisation. Responsibilities: 
  • Provide HR Advice in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organisational changes and employee relations matters.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with service areas, employees and representatives.
  • Support the HR Business Partners on disciplinary and grievances.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc management information reports.
Requirements:
  • Experience providing HR advice on disciplinary and grievances and employee relations matters.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Good knowledge on key aspects of performance management and employee engagement.
