- Provide HR Advice in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organisational changes and employee relations matters.
- Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with service areas, employees and representatives.
- Support the HR Business Partners on disciplinary and grievances.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc management information reports.
- Experience providing HR advice on disciplinary and grievances and employee relations matters.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
- Good knowledge on key aspects of performance management and employee engagement.
