Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for Warehouse and Logistics Manager to work within a busy warehouse in High Wycombe. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of warehouse management, including a strong understanding of stock control and inventory management. You will need to manage people, processes, and systems to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately, and that productivity targets are met. Permanent Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm GBP45k - GBP48k per annum Duties of the Warehouse and Logistics Manager: Oversee the arrival of materials from suppliers - both overseas and local. Oversee the checking, booking in and storing of materials. Create and implement storage locations. Oversee the wrapping and strapping of finished goods ready for despatch. Co-ordinate finished goods ready for despatch. Co-ordinate storage and transportation of goods (UK & Export) Manage daily despatch requests. Produce Packing Lists & Commercial Invoices. Be accountable for the movement of all materials between internal storage locations tracking all using Sage 200 software. Implement and manage daily rotational stock counts. Manage full and concise end of year physical stock count of all materials. Verify with company Sage records. Manage stock levels of all fixtures and fittings, replenishing with local suppliers to meet company demand. Purchasing of PPE, tools, fixings, and other consumables required by installation / production / commissioning departments. Resolving delivery and invoice discrepancies Requirements of the Warehouse and Logistics Manager: Forklift lic Strong communication and interpersonal Skills Excellent organisational and planning skills. Proficient with SAGE or an equivalent warehouse software system. Interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively as part of team and to nurture co-workers. Results orientated. Responsible and reliable individual. Highly numerate and creative with numbers, accounts minded. Excellent customer service Self-starter; motivated individual Accurate attention to detail Responsible and reliable individual Plans and prioritises everyday workload.
